Today the RWE share belonged to the rear third of the DAX. At the end of the day, the share closed with a loss of 2.54%.
Despite the recent downward movement from 38.65 euros to 37.14 euros, the chart remains promising. At the latest in the range between 35 and 36 euros, buyers could take over the wheel again.
The utility receives additional tailwind from the analysts. RWE is still assigned some potential here.
Bank of America in particular is very optimistic and recently raised its target price from 50 to 52 euros. Goldman Sachs also sees a bullish future for RWE and raised its target to 48 euros.
The decisive factor here is likely to be the major restructuring. The utility is gradually turning its back on classic power plants and paying more and more attention to renewable energies.
