The Moderna share has risen strongly again in the current trading week, with a nearly double-digit increase in the share price. Investors are cheering mainly because of the announced combination vaccination against the coronavirus and the flu.

“Today we are announcing the first step in the development of a single-dose vaccine combining a booster against COVID-19 and a booster against influenza,” CEO Stephane Bancel said in a press statement.
In other words, a booster vaccination against Corona could in future be combined with a flu vaccination.
So, bottom line, good news for Moderna.
