Current
Wind turbine manufacturer Nordex has been running a loss-making business for years.
Strong competition from other suppliers and the current market situation had a severe impact on the company.
Although the order backlog at mid-year was close to EUR 10 billion, almost EUR 7 billion of this relates to turbines,
to be delivered in the coming years. So the order situation looks positive at the moment.
However, Nordex is struggling with such high costs that a return to profitable business figures is not yet in sight.
Therefore, investors are also withdrawing and the share, which is also very volatile in the long term,
is currently reaching lower price levels again.
Analysis
Currently, the share price has again hit a support level at €7.50. Should the course respect them,
it could form the basis for a new upward movement towards €11.00.
Otherwise, we could see a continuation of the current downward movement after support is overcome.
In the process, new price values could also be reached below €7.00.
